Today we took on last year's premiers Lindfield - currently placed 
second in the comp this year. It was always going to be a tough one
 for us, but in the end, we gave a pretty good account of ourselves. 

Lindfield scored an early try, and this was to be the only score in the 
first half which ended at 5 - 0 to them. Unfortunately, Lindfield score 
again early in the second half and we seemed to lose our intensity 
a little at that point. Two subsequent tries took the final score to 20 - 0, 
but not before we had played some pretty good footie ourselves. 
Today, as has been the case all year, our scrum was superb. Our 
lineout was solid and our defence much better than in some other 
games this year. Perhaps intensity at the breakdown would have been 
an area we could have done better in, but that's something we can 
work on - if people come to training!

All in all, not a bad effort against the second placed team and plenty 
of positives to take out of that one for future games. 

Points today went to Trent Withers (3), Mark Jones (2)  and Anthony Wourtez (1).
